BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />April 11, 1961 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, April 11, 1961. Present were <br />Chairman Nickerson, and regular members Ballard, Emery, Ripley and Red- <br />man. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following peti- <br />tions: <br />John J. Elden - to erect a one-story addition, 16 ft. x 33 ft• <br />to non -conforming dwaf3ing at 330 Concord Ave. which addition would <br />have insufficient setback. <br />Vincent McCarthy- to erect a single family dwelling on lots <br />92 and 93, corner of Brandon St. and Norton Rd. which would not have <br />sufficientjsetback on abutting street. <br />Ben'amin M. Forbes - to subdivide lot 2 at 17 Crescent Hill <br />Ave. which s a non -cord orrming structure on it; transferring 2-1/2 ft. <br />from lot 2 to Lot 1, neither of which lots will have sufficieni; front- <br />age or area.. <br />Dr. Patricia Neel Wold - to practice psychiatry, for a period <br />not to exceed three hours each—day, in a residence to be constructed on <br />' lot 333 Fairbanks Rd. <br />Kath F. Thorson - to erect a greenhouse, 12 ft. x 20 ft. at <br />19 Robinson Rd. <br />Joan P. and Charles G. Crothers - to make an enclosure con- <br />necting existing garage and house at oodcliffe Rd. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />John J. Elden - granted <br />Vincent McCarthy - granted <br />Benjamin M. Forbes -granted <br />Dr. Patricia Neely Wold - granted <br />'Kathryn F. Thorson - granted <br />Joan P. and Charles G.
