309 <br />WARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 17, 1961 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Select- <br />men's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, January 17, 1961. <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, and regular members Ripley, Ballard, <br />Redman and Emery. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the <br />following petitions: <br />Roslind E. Babcock - to maintain dwelling at 25 Fottler Ave. <br />with insufficient set c . <br />Itek Corporation - to erect free standing directional sign on <br />right side of Bartwell Ave., heading west at the intersection of Hart- <br />well Ave. and Maguire Rd. <br />Raytheon Co. - to erect free standing directional sign on right <br />side of Hartwell Ave. heading west at the Intersection of Hartwell Ave. <br />and Maguire Rd. <br />Raytheon Co. - to erect a sign 30 ft. x b ft. approximately <br />350 ft. from the center line of Spring St. and 200 ft. from Route 2. <br />George D. Lemmler - to erect dwelling on Lot #13, Moreland <br />Ave. which won avensuisufficient side yard. <br />Donald L. Ci s - to erect single family dwelling on Lot D, <br />Pine KnolTA. w c wou d have insufficient frontage. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Roslind E. Babcock - granted <br />Itek Corp .granted <br />Raytheon Co. - granted <br />Raytheon Co. - granted <br />George D.
