C <br />December 27,1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held public hearings on Tuesday, December 27, <br />1960 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m, hear- <br />ings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Pilgrim Church - to erect a church spire on its new building on <br />Coolidge lve.w c'wwould be 90 ft. above ground level. <br />Battle Green Inn Inc. - to build an addition to their present <br />building a ss. Ave., said addition to be built on land known as <br />36 Waltham St.; and also to eliminate the required 10 ft. rear yard. <br />D�Hu HughDarden- to remove sub -surface material at 61 Burlington <br />St. dur gWprocess of regrading area. <br />Busa Brothers - to erect a sign 2' x 81, on south side of building <br />at 131 Wks.Ave.; and also to erect free-standing stainless steel letters <br />on front canopy of building. <br />David H. Kimmel - to maintain garage at 40 Wyman Rd. which has in-. <br />sufficient side parte <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Pilgrim Church - granted <br />Battle Green Inn, Inc. - granted <br />D. Hugh Darden - granted <br />Bassa Brothers - denied <br />David H.
