BOARD OF APPEALS FFARIBOS <br />' December 20, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held public hearings on Tuesday, December 20, <br />1960 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hear- <br />ings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Mrs. Eduard Karpinski�ski - to erect a garage at 24 Wyman Rd. which <br />would havelusufr1clent side yard. <br />William J. Condinho - to subdivide parcel of land at 610 Waltham <br />St. into 0 os, owe o which has an existing structure on it. Pro- <br />posed lot facing on Steadman Rd. would not have required frontage or <br />area. <br />Dr. and Mrs. Antonil Bacigalupo_ to erect single family dwelling <br />on Lot C., Utiba SE. w i ob wouldnotsufficient frontage. <br />McArdle & Mottla Inc. - to erect addition to building at 62 Massa- <br />chusettsove�FU3 not: have'suffi.cient rear yard or required area <br />for parking. <br />Russell S. Daven�Ort - to alter a temporary shelter to a permanent <br />greenhonse�ti' . x 4V rt. at 482 Bedford St. <br />Russell S. Davenport - to maintain standing sign, twelve sq. ft. in <br />area, at 40? nearord .St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Mrs. Edgard Karpinski - granted <br />William J.
