At 7:30 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />William H. Wilder - to use property at 1965 Mass. Ave. as a home <br />for the ng onounc 1 No.94, Knights of Columbus. <br />Joseph F. LaPorta - to erect a garage at 490 Waltham St. which <br />would not have sufficient side yard and setback <br />Y. A. Collings - to erect a pre -fabricated greenhouse, 101 x 121, <br />at 9 Flintlock Rd., said greenhouse to be for private use. <br />Joseph A. Moretti - to vary Sec.8(a)l,c(1) of the Zoning By-law to <br />allow 2If seSac on lots 187, 188; 189,190; 191,192 Rindge Ave. <br />John Fradette - to erect single family dwelling at 2 Circle Rd., <br />lots 187Aj ld8;nd 190, which would have insufficient side yard. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />William H. Wildes - denied <br />Joseph F. LaPorta - denied <br />Y. A. Collings - granted <br />Joseph A.
