IOctober 18,1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 18, 1960, <br />in the Selectmenta Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Richard D. Hamilton - to maintain dwelling at 73 Asbury St. With in- <br />sufficiAnt in- <br />sufficients e yards. <br />L on Sav3mga Bank - to erect a clock at 1778 Maas. Ave. which <br />xonld pro ec-, an a ethe race of the building. <br />Richard D. Hamilton - to subdivide parcel of land at corner of Reed <br />and AM Streets s lots, one of which has a dwelling on it. One <br />lot would fully comply with the requirements; the remaining two lots would <br />have insufficient area and frontage. <br />Richard D. Hamilton - to maintain dwelling at 19 Emerald St. with <br />insuflTFTen on side yards. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />' Richard D. Hamilton - granted <br />�vxington Savings Bank - granted <br />Richard D. Hamilton - denied <br />Richard D.
