BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />October 11, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 11, 1960 <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Lex.Federal Savings & Loan Asan. - to use a fire escape in lieu of <br />seconU— n stairwayeaat-'. 84TWaass. Ave. <br />Richard R. Corazzini - to subdivide parcel of land at 188 Blosaom <br />St. into os, one o which has four greenhouses on it. Second lot <br />would not have required frontage or area. <br />Robert E. Michaud - to erect an addition to non -conforming house at <br />65M==oeaaldition would have insufficient setback. <br />Sall T. Gray - to erect a carport at 4 Demar Rd. which would result <br />in an Insufficient setback. <br />Mrs. John F. Cogan - to operate a A ndergarten for ten children in <br />her home ate 9 Patterson Rd. between hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. <br />Walter H. Ehlers - to subdivide parcel of land at 337 Waltham St. <br />' into two lots one o which has existing structure on it. Proposed lot <br />with said structure on it Would not have sufficient area or frontage. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Lex. Federal Savings & Loan Assn. - granted <br />Richard R. Corazzini - denied <br />Robert E. Michaud - granted. <br />Sally T. Gray - granted <br />Mrs. John F. Cogan - granted <br />Walter H.
