BOARD OF APPEALS HEAMNGS <br />' September 27, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearingq on Tuesday, September 27, 1960 <br />In the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Raymond C. Quick - to construct an accessory building at 32 Turn- <br />ing Mill Rd. which would have insufficient setback. <br />Frederic R. Childs - to erect a shelter 51 x 81 on island at gas <br />stationoca a corner of Watertown St. and Concord Turnpike. <br />Mrs. Ma D. Guarino - to maintain canopy at 271 Lincoln St. which <br />does nolo the required setback. <br />Grace Chapel - to display a temporary sign b' x 81, and to be <br />posted over r� eeppresent church sign on Worthen Rd. from October 16 to <br />October 30, 1960. <br />Ralph B. and Mar aret D. Malone - to construct a single family <br />dwelling on Lot 100.1 which lot Tr—on-f—son a way, sometimes called Osgood <br />Drive, which does not constitute a street as defined under Sec. 2(g) of <br />Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />' William J. Condinho - to subdivide parcel of land at 610 Waltham <br />St. into 0o s, one o which has existing structure on it. Proposed <br />lot facing on Steadman Rd. would not have the required frontage or area. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Raymond C. Quick - denied <br />Frederic R. Childs - granted <br />Mrs. Mary D. Guarino - granted <br />Grace Chapel - granted <br />Ralph and Margaret Maloney - denied <br />William J.
