............................ <br />BOARD OF APPEALS BEARINGS <br />September 20, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, September 20, 1960 <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Jewish Communit Center - to erect a sign, 6' x 81, announcing plans <br />to buil newTemple on parcel of land at 336 Cambridge -Concord Hgwy. <br />Anthony Graziano'- to maintain dwelling at lh Tarbell Ave. which <br />has insufficient setback. <br />Mrs. Vera A. L - to maintain a dwelling at 103 Gleason Rd. which <br />has aside yard of approx. 611fls instead of the required 716N. <br />Nary N.A zian - to erect an addition to existing dwelling at 11 <br />Dexter Rd whichwo=u not have sufficient setback. <br />Roy Johnsen - to build an addition to non -conforming house at 2295 <br />Mass. Ave. <br />Cataldo Farms - to erect a greenhouse, approx. 22' x 1201 at 59 <br />Boa St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />' which the following decisions were made: <br />Jewish Community Center - granted <br />Anthony Graziano - granted <br />Mrs. Vera A. Ley - granted <br />Mary N. Ayvazian - granted <br />.Roy Johnsen - granted <br />Cataldo Farms, granted <br />All pertindat material with reggrd to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Ruth C.
