Iduly 19, 1960 <br />The Boardof Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, July 19, 1960 <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Paul Marashio - to erect a roadside stand for the purpose of <br />selling vege aes at the corner of North and Lowell Sts. <br />Amorino Risco - to erect an illuminated projecting sign at 133 <br />Mass. Ave. <br />Robert Hall ClothInc.I- to erect a standing sign on the premises <br />on the MoRhwesterly corner of Concord Ave. and Waltham St. <br />Barbara M. Bentley - to erect temporary directional signs to Bed- <br />ford Gardens., ss., proposed signs to be erected at corner of <br />Hartwell Ave. and Bedford St., and also corner of Hartwell Ave. and <br />Magpl:re Ave. <br />Mahone & DeVincent BuLlders Inc. - to subdivide Lot C-1, Woburn <br />St., inV three lots., one lot would have a frontage of 137 ft. and an area <br />of 60,000 sq.ft., plus or minus. The other lots would have a frontage of <br />136 ft., one with an area of 45,000 sq.ft. and one with an area of 35PW <br />sq.ft. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Paul Marashio - granted <br />Amorino Rizzo - denied <br />Robert Hall Clothes, Inc. - denied <br />Barbara M Bentley - denied <br />Mahoney & DeVineent Builders, Inc. - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Ruth C.
