I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 24.9 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, May 24, 1960, in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, an the following petitions: <br />Vincent 0. Ippolito and Philip Longo - to vary building by-law in <br />order to erect proposed Uarden Apartments of third-class construction <br />instead of second-class construction. <br />Donald D. Wilson - to erect an addition to existing greenhouse at <br />Wilsonarm, nc., P easant St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Vincent O. Ippolito and Philip Longo - denied <br />Donald D. Wilson - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />' Ruth C.
