BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />July 28, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, July 28, 1959 <br />in the Selectmen's Rocas, Town Office Building, on the following <br />petitions <br />Alden Weimar - to erect a garage at 9 Henderson Road which would <br />not have a requ red distance to sideline under existing zoning by-law. <br />Frank D. Woods - to construct a Wwo car garage at 35 Hillcrest <br />Ave. wh c wi ve insufficient side yard. <br />Cataldo Farms - to erect a greenhouse approximately 25 ft. x 100 <br />ft. on po� at 59 Bow St., Lexington <br />Gerald and Ellen Stechler - to erect an attached carport which <br />will leave insufficient side yard at 68 Bertwell Rd., Lexington <br />Ralph Frissore - to erect a dwelling on Lot #i8 Childs Rd. which <br />will have a ZU rt.etback instead of the required 30 ft. setback. <br />Lloyd Tr�efethen - to erect additions to additions, 23 Barberry <br />Rd., whTF Nea�ve insufficient side and rear yards. <br />Avis Foster,- to operate a nursery school for no more than ten <br />childrenna �x�ow Road, Lexington <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Alden Weimar - granted <br />Frank D. Woods - granted <br />Cataldo Farms - granted <br />Gerald and Ellen Stechler - denied <br />Ralph Frissore - granted <br />Lloyd Trefethen - granted <br />Avis Foster - denied <br />Al] pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Thelma G.
