1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />June 24, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, June 24., 1959, <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />James B. Sullivan - to erect a two car garage at 81 North Han- <br />cock Si. that will have insufficient side yard. <br />The Mitre Co oration - to operate a small light tin smith shop <br />in the ement or the Curtin Building, 430 Marrett Rd., which would <br />employ only two or three men. <br />Gus Micci - to maintain present sign location at 333-335 Woburn St <br />Maguolo and Quick - to use solid heavy wood vertical columns in a <br />one-story wood and masanry elementary school building, Pelham Rd. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />James B. Sullivan - granted <br />The Mitre Corporation - granted <br />Gus Micci - granted <br />Maguolo and Quick - withdrawn <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Thelma G.
