BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 26, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, May 26, 1959, <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tion$: <br />Mrs. Ma Johnson - to subdivide lots 353 through 358 Harbell <br />St. by removing the rear of each of said lots and adding <br />the resulting parcel of land to lot at 7 Greenwood St. <br />Willis E. Munroe - to subdivide a parcel of land, 760 Marrett Rd. <br />into two o s,eac o which will have less than the required area under <br />the Zoning Law of the Town of Lexington. <br />Anthn Bevila ua - to erect and maintain at the Manhattan Restau- <br />rant <br />, 43 waltbam ., a sign 2' x 91, hanging under the marquee in front <br />of said restaurant at right angles to the front wall of the building, no <br />part of which sign is to project beyond the front line of said marquee or <br />over any public way or sidewalk. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Mrs. Mary Johns n - granted <br />Willis E.
