I <br />BURD OF APPEALS HEALRINGS <br />November 18, 1958 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 18, <br />1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the follow- <br />ing petitions: <br />Dorot Devlin -to erect a two car garage on lots 21 and 22 <br />Dexter Rd. wIlIch To not have the required frontage or area. <br />M. P. B e - to remodel the inside of building at 35 Bartlett <br />Ave. for a st o apartment or caretaker's quarters. <br />Leon Groisser - to erect a carport at 510 Concord Ave. which will <br />have ins�de yard. <br />Edward En lehart - to subdivide one.lbt at 516 Massachusetts Ave. <br />into twolots,, both of which will have insufficient area and frontage. <br />George Kalsll - to build a single car garage which will leave <br />insuffic,en side yard at 36 Eldred Street. <br />Arthur E. on'- to face proposed dwelling on Loring Circle <br />with a 67t rt. frontage instead of on Waltham St. which has 125 ft. <br />frontage. <br />Mark Moore Jr. - to subdivide lots 10, 11, 123, 133, and 14 on the <br />westerly side of LowellSt. between East and North Sts. below the minimum <br />requirements of the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Dorothy Devlin - granted <br />M. P. Byrne - denied <br />Lean Groisser - granted <br />Edward Englehart - denied <br />George Kalell - granted <br />Arthur E. Bryson - granted <br />Mark Moore, Jr. - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Thelma G.
