BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' November 4, 1958 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 4, 1958 <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />Lexington Motors, Inc. - to place and maintain a second sign, <br />13110'x+ a 31, over the show room windows, 34 Bedford St. <br />Connelly & Livingstone - to erect a post sign at 428 Marrett Rd. <br />Richard Hamilton - to erect a dwelling on parcel of land consisting <br />of parts o os - 98 Harbell St. and Balfour St., which will not <br />have required area or frontage and which will have insufficient side yard. <br />Ernest Reiss - to erect and occupy a building to conduct business <br />of wareEMUs p —ood at Hinchey Rd. and Westview St. <br />Pasquale Barbieri - to build a swimming pool which will leave in- <br />sufficien� eceaa d rear yards at 59 Wood St., Lexington. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Lexington Motors, Inc - granted <br />Connelly & Livingstone - denied <br />Richard Hamilton - granted <br />Ernest Reiss - denied <br />Pasquale Barbieri - denied <br />A11 pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Thelma G.
