BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />October 14, 1958 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, Getober 14, 1958, in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions: <br />Elizabeth McDonnell - to subdivide one lot, #28 Vine St. into 3 <br />lots which will no ve the required area or frontage. <br />Anelo Busa - to build an addition to existing roadside stand, 137 <br />Grant <br />Helen Ready'- to alter single family residence, 33 Parker St. to <br />ace ommUM a wo amilies. <br />American Legion - to allow the meeting house for Stanley Hill Post <br />#38, Amer can Legion, to be placed closer than 20 ft. to the railroad land. <br />Frank Ziniti - to permit the operation of a Convalescent or Nursing <br />Home on the first two floors of the premises #5 Pelham Rd. in accordance <br />with the General Laws of this Commonwealth and the Regulations of the De- <br />partment of Public Health. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Elizabeth McDonnel - granted <br />Angelo Busa - granted <br />Helen Ready granted <br />American Legion - granted <br />Frank Zi.niti - denied <br />Thelma G.
