BOARD OF APPEALS HSARSNGS <br />April 29, 1958 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, April 29, <br />1958 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />C. Henry Jackson - to erect a greenhouse at hO Clarke St. <br />Peter Lie kalns - to erect a single car garage at rear of 18 Albe- <br />marle Ave. Which Will not have side yard required by Lexington Zoning By- <br />law. <br />Associates Realty Trust - to erect three signs which will indicate <br />the approach to the ex n on Inn, from both Route 128 and Marrett Road. <br />Frank DeFelice - to divide 3 lots into two lots, both of which will <br />be below a requ rements of the Lexington Zoning Bh-law. <br />Carl G. Hooks - to divide property at 19 Utica St. into lots A and B. <br />Lot A to be addedo and become part of Lot 1 Dunham St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />C. Henry Jackson - granted <br />Peter Liepkalns - denied <br />Associates Realty Trust - granted <br />Frank DeFelice - denied <br />Carl G Hooks - granted <br />Thelma G.
