BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />IMarch 25, 1958 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 25, <br />1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hear- <br />ings were declared open on the following hearings: <br />Eugene P. Carter - to erect a one car garage and breezeway at 180 <br />Grant St. which will ave a 12' side yard instead of the required 15' side <br />yard. <br />Leeland Construction Co. - to erect a one family dwelling on lots <br />#12 and #13,, Block #15., on Rd. which will not have the required front- <br />age or area; also a variance on the set -back requirements from 30 ft. to <br />20 ft., or in line with the present dwellings on said street. <br />William Shanahan - to alter a one family dwelling to accommodate two <br />families at52 easant St. as permitted by Sec. 114(c) of the Lexington <br />Zoning By-laws. <br />Benjamin H. Golini - to subdivide his lot, #35 Balfour St., which <br />will bring the lot bel7w' the minimum requirements of the Lexington Zoning <br />By-laws. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />' which the following decisions were rendered: <br />Eugene P. Carter - granted <br />Leeland Construction Co. - granted <br />William Shanahan - denied <br />Benjamin H. Golini - granted <br />Muriel C. Stone, <br />Clerk <br />C <br />
