You are run- <br />ning a service business and it is a good one but the neighbors objected. <br />There were five vehttcles there Sunday and the back yard is not attrac- <br />tive to look at. Haw has the situation changed? <br />Mr. Mahoney answered that Mr. Trenholm was not opposed, Mrs. Hall <br />was not opposed, they were abettors on either side. In the rear, Mr. <br />Casey and Mr. Luongo, direct abuttors do not object and there was a list <br />of people in favor at my last hearing. <br />Mr. Nickerson - this is a new hearing and I can't accept people in <br />favor from a list submitted to a previous hearing. <br />Mrs. Hall stated that she had nothing against Mr. Mahoney running a <br />business. <br />Mr. Nickerson asked Mr. Mahoney if he had any new data to present <br />to the Board. <br />Mr. Mahoney answered no, but the conditions had been improved. <br />Mr. Nickerson asked if there were any questions from the Board. <br />There were none. <br />Mr. Nickerson stated that he had several communications to read. He <br />read a letter of opposition signed by 38 people, another similar letter of ' <br />opposition from Mr. Hoxie, another letter in opposition from C. Clifford <br />Hanson and a letter in opposition signed by ten people. The Planning <br />Board also wrote a letter registering opposition. <br />Mr. Mahoney was called for being out of order. <br />Mr. Nickerson asked for ar47 person in favor of the petition. <br />Mr. Ihley, 927 Mass. Ave. registered himself in favor of the petition <br />Mr. Nickerson asked if there were any more in favor. There were <br />none, and the hearing was declared closed at 9:37 p.m. <br />Muriel C.
