165 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />September 17, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, Septelhber <br />173 1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Mrs. C. S. Broussard - to continue operation of Nursery School 5 <br />days a week for c en aged 2 to 5 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., <br />Nishan Haroian - to continue the operation of roadside stand located <br />at 353oncorwive: for the sale of flowers and produce grown on the <br />premises. <br />Paul Alibrandi - to continue operation of roadside stand at 565 <br />LowellSt. <br />Thomas A. Napoli - to continue operation of existing roadside stand <br />for the purpose of selling only the products groan on their land. No <br />changes had been made and there had been no parking of automobiles on <br />Marrett Rd. <br />Nano C. Schock - tD continue operation of a playschool for children <br />from 3 to 5 years ofage, in her home two mornings a week from 9 to 12, <br />September to June. <br />Vivian B. Wolfe - to continue to operate a Nursery School 5 days a <br />week instead of 3, r`om 9-12, for not more than 10 children. <br />Anthony R. Cataldo - to continue the use of the building at 703 Mass. <br />Ave. to process, warehouse and sell fresh fruit and vegetables. <br />Thomas J. Willson - to subdivide lot 30 in order to add to abutting <br />lot 36 thereby- re uc ng lot 30 below present requirements of Lexington <br />Zoning By-laws. <br />Raymond and Emilio DeSimone - to continue the use of tool shed sub- <br />ject to the condition that the wilding shall not be used for residential <br />purposes, and that permission to use the building shall extend only until <br />August 14, 1958. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which <br />the following conclusions were reached: <br />Mrs. C. B. Broussard - granted, with the following conditions: 1. that <br />not more than 10 children shall be in attendance at any one time; 2. that <br />one assistant shall be employed; 3. that any outside play area must be <br />fenced in with a suitable fence; 4. that no portion of the basement shall <br />be used by the children attending the school; 5. that the children shall <br />be properly supervised at all times; 6 that the premises shall be kept in a <br />neat and orderly condition at all times; 7. that this permit shall expire <br />Aug. 20, 1958. <br />Nishan Haroian - granted, permit to expire July 1, 1958 <br />
