L <br />63 <br />:�: •� � i : •gym <br />August 27, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, August -V.. <br />1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hear- <br />ings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Thomas C. Deveau - to divide into two lots, land designated at Lot <br />122A, one o whirswhIrch would not conform in size to present zoning by-laws. <br />Paul Marashio - to -vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order to sub- <br />dividea part of a parcel of land fronting on North and Lowell Sts. into <br />two lots one of which will have the required area but not the required <br />frontage. <br />Elizabeth and Winifred Smith - to add to the present structure <br />thereby making the front property line a distance of 26.9 feet. <br />Tech�built,IInc. - to continue use of model vacation cottage without <br />utilit es of r permanent foundation. Expires Feb. 21, 1958• <br />James A. Carr - to continue the use of temporary Real Estate office <br />at thecorner orConcord Ave. and Pleasant St. <br />' John Paratore - to build a swimming pool which will not have rear and <br />side yards requireZ under the Lexington Zoning By-laws. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Thomas C. Deveau - denied <br />Paul Marashio - granted <br />Wilzabeth and Winifred Smith - granted <br />Techbuilt, Inc. - granted <br />James A. Carrig - granted, to expire July 1, 1958 <br />John Paratore - denied <br />Muriel C. Stone <br />Clerk <br />
