BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />June 251 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, June 25, <br />1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions; <br />Braest Avallone - to change the lot line between lots 477-478 <br />facing anary ve. and lots 475-476 on Carville Ave. in order to <br />add approximately 240 sq.ft. to lots 477-478, thus giving the owners <br />of No -39 Carville Ave. (lots 477-478) access to bulkhead and rear of <br />their property. <br />Joseph �Monsi orere - to erect single family dwelling at 114 Laconia <br />Str, wh1ch a`c`es no— t gave frontage required but does have an area in excess <br />of required 30,000 sq.ft. <br />Grey Nuns Charities Inc. - to erect a private garage for not more <br />than five automobiles,, two or which may be commercial vehicles. <br />Dunn Ford Sales Inc. - to erect a free standing sign on two <br />61x61 pp aM9, on private property, which is in a commercial district. <br />Ellen L.Spey - to construct an attached garage to dwelling at <br />13 HazWM. which does not have the required set back from the street <br />Louis M�. W►stro��m - to remove sod, sand, loam, gravel or stone from <br />Adams s atestion, which is located west of the junction of <br />North and Adams St. <br />Shell Oil Co. - to demolish present service alltion building com- <br />pletely,, and to Faild a new two -bay Colonial type Service Station to <br />replace the above. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />arnest Avallone - granted <br />Joseph Monsignors - granted <br />Grey Nuns Charities, Inc. - granted <br />Darn► Ford Sales, Inc. - denied <br />Ellen L.
