BOARD OF APPEALS HFAIUNGS <br />' April 23, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, April 23, <br />1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hear- <br />ings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Richard Greaves - to add 10 ft. to present one -car garage located <br />at 156759 which addition will come to within 13.8 ft. of the <br />side line instead of 15 ft. as required. <br />Angelo Busa - to continue to operate roadside stand in connection <br />with armoca a at 137 Grant St. for the sale of vegetables and eggs. <br />Richard H. Soule Contractor Inc. - to permit a place of business <br />of a bu er, contractor and carpenter on a parcel of land on Mellen <br />Rd. shown on a plan filed herewith, and to erect a building on said <br />land in compliance with the Building Code. <br />Hary W. Newgent - to maintain existing signs at the Boston & <br />Maine Depot., #10 Depot sq. <br />Win S. Couette - to use the premises #789 Mass. Ave. presently in <br />R 1 zone., as a French Office for the sale and rental of Real Estate and <br />Insurance together with the erection of suitable signs to indicate that <br />it is a Real Estate Office. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Richard Greaves - granted <br />Angelo Buss, - granted, subject to the following conditions: (1) <br />that there shall be no flood lighting of the premises; (2) that only <br />products of the land of the owner of the stand within the tem shall be <br />sold; (3) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condi- <br />tion at all times; (4) that this permit shall expire March 10, 1958• <br />Richard H.
