1 <br />1 <br />MUD Or APPMS BSS <br />June 19, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, June 19, <br />1956 in the Selectmenls xoom, Town Office Building. At 8tO0 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitionst <br />Frederiol J. Peterson - to erect a garage attached to his exist- <br />ing AM Ing at 22 Prospect Hill Rd. which will have a side yard of 8 <br />feet instead of 10 feet as required by the Zoning By-law. <br />Josiah Willard Borden Recreation Centre Ino. - to erect a build- <br />ing to be ased for recreationaI recreationpurposes on t so-called Aldrich <br />property, located on Lincoln St. <br />Bernard Goodman - to erect and maintain a tree standing sign size <br />6' x 41at62 ss. Ave. <br />Casten Colonials Inc. - to subdivide lot 43 located at 20 Rill- <br />orest, among '25 rt, to adjoiniM lot 112 and to erect a single house <br />on said lot 112, the reftining 25 ft. of lot 43 to be added to adjacent <br />lot. <br />' <br />Joseph C. Burley - to subdivide lot A located at 2173 Mass. Ave. <br />in rarer a separate lots for the existing non -conforming dwellings, <br />which would not conform to the Zoning $y -lar. <br />Sherman. B. Starr and Enid N. Starr - to construct a swimming pool <br />at 62 Will St. whichnot Ewis side yard required under the <br />zbnmw Fr -lacy. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Frederick J.
