BOARD OF APPEALS HEARIMS <br />' P 15, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, May 8, 1956 <br />in the Selectnenws Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open upon the following petitions <br />Vivian B. Wolfe - to operate a Nursery School on the premises at <br />21 Warr* t. mornings a week from 9 - 12 for not more than ten <br />children. <br />John J. Yea amdes - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 5 <br />and 6; Mo'rsTc23,, Dmer Bd. <br />Everett V. Adams - to build an addition attached to existing dwell- <br />ing at I ons . which will have a side yard of 14 feet on the <br />left hand side. <br />Edward F. Kl.einberg - to make an addition of two bedrooms and a <br />porch anda garage unaerneath to the rear of his existing non -conforming <br />Duelling at 41 Moreland Ave. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Vivian B. Wolfe - granted, subject to the following conditionas <br />(1) that if she obtains more than five students she will employ pro- <br />fessional assistance; (2) that the children at all times will be super- <br />vised; (3) that this Permit shall expire Nsy 15, 1957. <br />John J. Yosgandes - granted <br />Everett V. Adams - granted <br />Edward F. Kteinberg - granted <br />Mariel C. Stone, <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />0 <br />
