BOARD OF APPEALS MKCNGS <br />January 315 1956 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday. <br />January 31, 1956, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Daniel C. Yuill D.M.D. - to convert the first floor of the <br />existing 2 -family e g at 0 Muzzey St. into business offices. <br />Techbuilt Inc. - to build prefabricated houses on Turning <br />Mill Rd. lind Demar Rd., using 4 x 4 sills. <br />William E. Fitz erald - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot <br />#2 (now or formerly land of Goodfellow) located on Grove St., the frontage <br />being 38.30 ft. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Daniel C. Yuill, D.M.D. - granted, subject to the following con- <br />ditions; (1) that not more than two offices shall be maintained; (2) <br />that the proposed partitions shall be installed in such a way as to meet <br />' the full approval of the Building Inspector. <br />Techbuilt Inc. - granted, subject to the condition that not less <br />than 1/2" plywood shall be used on the walls and roof sheathing, and that <br />the 4 x 4 sills shall apply only on houses without basement using concrete <br />slab floor construction. <br />William E.
