L <br />1 <br />C <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />August 30, 1955 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held a meeting on Tuesday, <br />August 30, 1955• At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the <br />following petitions: <br />F. B. Rosenberger - to erect a 50 ft. steel wind -mill type tower <br />to support a radio antenna at 42 Locust Ave. <br />Moore Realty Trust - to locate houses at Nos. 2, 43 8, 10, and <br />12 Essex St. an Laurel St. <br />Frank A. Napoli - to continue the operation of existing roadside <br />stand Altuated on Marrett Rd. until June 1, 1956, for the sale only of <br />products of the land of the owner of the stand that is within the Town <br />of Lexington. <br />Ernest DeVincent - to continue the operation of roadside stand <br />located -777e corner of Pleasant St. and Concord Turnpike. <br />Madeleine G. Harrison - to continue to operate Nursery School <br />for not more than 10 children between the ages of four and six years, <br />five days a week at her home 29 North St. <br />Martha Yntas - to erect and maintain a bathroom addition and <br />otherwise iuprove Ehe non -conforming dwelling at 15 Rockville Ave. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />F. B. Rosenberger - denied <br />Moore Realty Trust - granted, subject to the condition that the <br />right of way located between lots M and L shall not be built upon. <br />Frank A. Napoli - granted <br />Ernest DeVincent - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition; (2) <br />that only the products of the land of the owner that is within the Town <br />of Lexington shall be sold; (3) that this permit shall expire Nov.29, <br />1955• <br />Madeleine G. Harrison - granted, subject to the following condi- <br />tions: (1) that this permit shall expire July 1, 1956; (2) that the <br />children shall be supervised at all times, outside as well as inside the <br />building; (3) that only the studio and living room, which have been used <br />by the children in the past, shall be used in the future.. <br />Martha Yntas - denied. <br />Muriel C.
