43 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 19, 1955 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, May 19, 1955 <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />hearings: <br />Moore Realty Trust - to subdivide that portion of a parcel of land <br />located on Essex St. shown on plan submitted, into five lots. <br />John Paratore - to build a 3 -car garage of wood and concrete con- <br />struction at 11 Berwick Rd. <br />Vine Valley Realty Corp. - to erect a single family dwelling on <br />Lot #8 Unu—Mered Zlb Grantt. Extension, which does not have the required <br />frontage and area. <br />Reynold Currier - to finish the attic and put on a shed dormer at <br />24 Preston Rd. <br />Grey Nuns Charities Inc. - to vary Sec. 13 of the Lexington <br />Plumbing By-law so as to aliow the house sewer and drain at #10 Pelham <br />' Rd. to be continued in the building with a rise of at least 1/8" per ft. <br />in place of the minimum rise of 1/4" per ft. as specified, with the recomn <br />mendation and approval of the Acting Building and Plumbing Inspectors. <br />Joseph J. Cleary - to erect a dog boarding kennel located at the <br />end of Beacon St. on a parcel of land containing approximately 3.6 acres, <br />which does not conform to the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />Robert P. Tassinari - to erect a dinette addition to rear of exist- <br />ing dwelling at Dexter Rd. <br />Charles H. Murray'- to erect a single family dwelling on Lot G, <br />48 Schoo t. wh1ch would have a set back from the street at its nearest <br />point of 25 £t. instead of 30 ft. as required. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Moore Realty Trust - granted <br />John Paratore - granted <br />Vine Valley Realty Corp. - denied <br />Reynold Currier - granted <br />I <br />Grey Nuns Charities, Inc. - granted <br />
