BOARD OF APPEALS HFARINGS <br />' April 21, 1955 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, April 21, 1955• <br />The hearings were opened at 8:00 p.m. as follows: <br />Felix Realty Trust - to erect a sign 13' long by 43" wide at the <br />LexingtoTheatre, Mass. Ave., said sign to be illuminated from <br />within. <br />A. E. Hei ton - to erect a 65' structure, approx. 10" in diameter, <br />for anantenna at Tucker Ave. to be used in conjunction with the busi- <br />ness at 7 Mass. Ave. <br />Robert E. Doran - to erect a greenhouse at 150 East St. <br />Edward Gildea - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot #14 lo- <br />cated on Castle Rd.—which would have a sideyard less than the 15 ft. re- <br />quired by the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />Fred J. Gardini to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 1 and <br />2 located on Winter St. and a single family dwelling on Lots 3 and L <br />' located on Winter St. with setbacks of not less than 20 ft. provided that <br />side yard and rear yard requirements of the Zoning By-law are complied <br />with. <br />Willis R. Anderson - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot 24L <br />located on F e c er Ave. provided that the setback shall be not less than <br />20 ft. and side and rear yards as required by the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />John F. Dowd - to add a garage to the existing dwelling at 11 <br />Flintlock . <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Felix Realty Trust - granted <br />A. E. Heighton - denied <br />Robert E. Doran - granted <br />Edward Gildea - denied <br />Fred J Gardini - granted <br />Willis R. Anderson - granted <br />' - granted <br />,r <br />Muriel C.
