following conditions: (1) that the sign shall be set back at least 50 <br />feet from the street line. (2) that the top of the sign shall be not more <br />than 6 feet above the ground. (3) that the sign may be,illuminated only <br />on evenings when use is being made of the Church property, and the lights <br />so adjusted and focused as not to be objectionable to persons living in <br />the neighborhood. <br />Lloyd H.
