21 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />December 16, 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, December 16, 1954. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Carmine Massimilla - to remove sand and gravel from land desig- <br />nated as part of Lot , being located at the rear of 96 Lowell St. <br />Eric Karlson - to subdivide Lot C, 30 York St. <br />Harvey W. Newgent - to maintain a real estate office in the Boston <br />& Maine R.R. Depot n Depot Square, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That only one sign 30 x 36 shall be displayed as presently located <br />under the portico flat against the building. 2. This Permit to run for <br />one year from December 2, 1954. <br />William Alexson - to maintain the single family dwelling on Lot 19 <br />8 Wyman Road, in its present location, with a.set back less than that <br />required by the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />Church of Our Redeemer - to erect two signs each 4' x 6' on their <br />' property located between Meriam and Hancock Streets, <br />James A�CarrU - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot #1 <br />locates Blanchard —Rd. <br />James A. Carri - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot #2 <br />located on Blanchard Rd., Lexington <br />James A Carri - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot #3 <br />locate on B anc rd Road, Lexington <br />James A.
