I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />December 17, 1953 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on December 17, 1953. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Shell Oil Co. and Robert C. Haufler - to use the land and to <br />erect buildings located on the southwesterly side of Bedford St. be- <br />tween the Railroad right of way and the North Lexington Brook, for the <br />purpose of keeping, storing and selling petroleum products and in- <br />flammable fluids; lubricating, washing and tuning of motor vehicles; <br />and selling and servicing motor vehicles tires, batteries, and other <br />automobile accessories usually sold at filling stations. <br />Dow Pickering - to subdivide Lot #2, 9 Summer St., creating a <br />new lot consisting of 16,333 sq.ft. with a frontage of 110.20 on <br />Summer St. <br />William Conde - to subdivide Lot #3, 11 Summer St., creating a <br />new lot consisting of 17,968 sq.ft. with a frontage of 70.74 ft. <br />' B & G Realty Trust - to subdivide Lot #1, 7 Summer St., creating <br />a new lot consis ing o 14,246 sq.ft. with frontage on Summer and <br />Lowell Sts. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Shell Oil Co. and Robert C.
