BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 22, 1953 <br />Thomas Moon - move a 2 -car garage and erect it on a new foundation <br />at 82 SURon s M <br />James A. Carrig - continue the use of the temporary Real Estate <br />Office at the corner of Concord Ave. and Pleasant St. <br />Charles Chicarello - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 129, <br />130 and 3 be g 3 Taft Ave. <br />James B. Catalano - to continue the operation of retail business of <br />selling p ants overs growing on the premises at 643 Waltham St. <br />Peter P. Brusie - to continue the utility house at 359 Lowell St. <br />Following the parings the following decisions were reached during <br />an Executive Session: <br />Thomas Moon - granted <br />James A. Carrig - granted subject to the condition that the permit <br />shall expire on Jan. 17, 1954 <br />Charles Chicarello - granted <br />James B. Catalano - granted subject to the following conditions: 1. <br />automobiles shall be parked on the premises and not on the highway; 2. <br />This Permit shall expire Jan. 5, 1954 <br />Peter P. Brusie - granted, subject to the following conditions: 1. <br />That the building be relocated to conform to the dimensions give. on the <br />plot plan; 2.
