BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />May 9, 1952 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the <br />Selectmen's Room, Town office Building, Lexington, May 9, 1952. <br />Messrs. Lynah, Redman, Ripley, Ballard and Emery were present. <br />The clerk was also present. Mr. Lynah took the chair. <br />At 8;00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />William H. Sullivan for permission to erect a single family <br />dwelling and garage on lots Nos. 22 and 23 in Block 5, Harding Rd. <br />in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Roland Hersom for permission to erect a single family dwelling <br />on Lots Nos. Tain-d 37 in Block 20, located at 64 Bertwell Road. <br />Edward G. Dattoli for permission to change the single family <br />dwelling atlbemar a Avenue into a two-family dwelling. <br />At the close of the hearings the Board went into executive <br />session at which the following decisions were made: <br />' William H. Sullivan - granted <br />Roland Hersom - denied <br />Edward G. Dattoli - denied <br />Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />1 <br />163x. <br />
