Mug <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 17, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, May 17, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearihngs were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Leonard Kenworthy - to erect an addition at the rear of existing <br />garage at 61 Prospect Hill Road, in accordance with plot plan sub- <br />mitted. <br />Kathleen McKee - to erect a garage at 7 Hayes Lane in accordance <br />with plot plan submitted <br />John F. Callahan - to erect a single family dwelling at 235 <br />Lincoln St. using box frame construction. <br />Boston & Maine Railroad - to store gas pipe along the spur track <br />on both sides of the driveway opposite the Boston & Maine Passenger <br />Station, Lexington. <br />Michael F. Shea - to subdivide property at Lot 55 Haskell St. in <br />accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Leonard Kenworthy - granted <br />Kathleen McKee - denied <br />John F. Callahan - granted, subject to the condition that in all <br />other respects the requirements of the Lexington Building By-law will be <br />met, including the submission of framing plans. <br />Boston & Maine Railroad - granted, subject to the following condi- <br />tions: (1) that adjacent to the property at the corner of Meriam St. and <br />Oakland St. and the property at 1 and 3 Oakland St., pipes should not be <br />piled over three tiers in height. (2) that all piles shall be kept as <br />far as possible away from Meriam St. (3) that the work of unloading and <br />storing the pipe and removal from the premises shall not be done before <br />7 o'clock in the morning. (4) that all pipes shall not be stores on the <br />premises more than eight months. <br />Michael F.
