BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />' September 28, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's' <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 28, 1950. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Gladys C. Nord li�n - to erect a single car garage at 7 Revere <br />St.., the garage to come within 1116" of the lot line. <br />Lexington Construction Co. - to erect a sign 7' x 8' for adve*- <br />tising purposes on the north side of Wood St. on the property of the <br />Lexington Construction Co., Inc. <br />Robert M. Co illette - to make an addition 1016" x 17'2+' <br />to exisMg- i-ouse at 53 Forest st. which addition would come to with�n <br />10'5" of the lot line. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dux- <br />ing which teh following decisions were made: <br />Gladys C. Nordling granted <br />Lexington Construction Co. - denied <br />Lexington Construction Co., Inc. - denied <br />' Robert M. Coquillette - denied <br />Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />CIS <br />
