1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS BEARINGS <br />August 17,1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, August 17, 1950. At 8:00 a.ma <br />hearings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />C. IEviN Lohr - to enlarge present single -car garage attached <br />to the eAsting house into a two -car garage on lots 5 and 6, HFarding" <br />ing Rd. <br />les I. Beers - to erect a single-family dwelling on lot 166 <br />Calvin St. which will not have the side yard required under the Lex. <br />Zoning By-law. <br />James A. Mackay - to erect a garage on lot 5, 14 Somerset Rd. <br />which not coop y with the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />Harold M. White - to erect a single-family dwelling with garag* <br />under on lots 2ti ar 9 in Block 25, Nichols Rd. <br />Edna K. Devanna -to erect a foundation and garage for a singlet <br />family dwelling on o s 27, 28, 29 and part of 26 in Block 15 William$ <br />Rd. <br />Francis E. Burke (Estate of Margaret A. McCann) - to subdivide! <br />lot in ac_c_o7ance e will or Margaretann, being premises. <br />numbered 8 and 10 Cottage St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur+ <br />ing which the following conclusions were reached: <br />G.
