I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />December 15, 1949. <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'sf <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on December 15, 1949. ChairF_ <br />man Locke, Messrs. Ballard, Ripley and Lynah were present. The <br />clerk was also present. <br />At 8:03 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Stanley F. Penkala for permission to place real estate signs,; <br />six feet by six feet, on the property known as Fairlawn, which is efast <br />erly or northeasterly of Lowell Street, Lexington. <br />H. A. Wilson for permission to erect a single-family dwelling with <br />attached garage on Lot A Patriots Drive, said lot having less than khe <br />required frontage and of which one of the side yards would be less khan <br />the required width. <br />Mrs. T. A. Oustance for permission to erect a single -car garalge <br />closer to lot lines than allowed by the Lexington Zoning By-law, a+J <br />100 Bedford Street. <br />At 9:05 p.m. the hearings were declared closed and in executWe <br />session the following decisionsreached: <br />Stanley F.
