BOARD OF APPEALS BEARINGS <br />I <br />October 6, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's, <br />Room, Town Office Building on October 6, 1949. Acting Chairman Rodman, <br />Messrs. Ripley, Lynah, Duffy and Ballard were present. The clerk was <br />also present. <br />At 8:06 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petition s <br />E. Alden Eriksson for permission to erect a single-family resi- <br />dence on lots 19, 20, 21 and a portion of lot 22 Preston Road, said <br />lots having a total frontage of 98 feet on Preston Road, and a combed <br />area of approximately I1..940 square feet, as shown on plans submitted. <br />James B. Sullivan, Jr. for permission to erect a single-famil <br />dwelling, the construction of which would not conform with the requi e- <br />ments of the Lexington Building By-law, on Lot 7; North Hancock Streott, <br />in accordance with plans submitted. <br />Joseph P._Bisognano for permission to build a porch as an addi- <br />tion to the house now occupying lots 25 and 26 Dexter Road, which adoi- <br />tion would bring the house within one foot of the lot line between lots <br />26 and 27, said lot 27 together with the adjoining lot 28 also being; <br />owned by the petitioner. <br />Mabel S. Lanman for permission to subdivide the premises now <br />occupied by one duplex dwelling numbered 956 and 958 Massachusetts, to <br />allow for the erection of three additional duplex dwellings, one lot <br />to have a frontage of 100 feet and an area of approximately 26,470 <br />square feet, one lot to have a frontage of approximately 94 feet and an <br />area of approximately 19,584 square feet, and one lot to have a frontage <br />of approximately 94 feet and an area of approximately 22,960 square <br />feet, in accordance with plans submitted. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 8:56 p.m. and the following <br />decisions reached in executive session: <br />E.
