105 <br />BOAR4 OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' September 16, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's) <br />Room, Town Office Building, on September 16, 1949: Acting Chairman <br />Rich, Messrs. Lynah, Ripley, Ballard and Redman were present. The <br />clerk was also present. <br />At 8:05 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Warren E. Russell, for permission to use the premises at 1505: <br />Massachusetts Avenue for the purposes of conducting an inn. <br />Harvey Newgent for permission to build a house using the so-called <br />box frame construction, on Lot 14 Colony Road, said lot having a frontage <br />of 56 feet on Colony Road and a total area of approximately 13,170 square <br />feet. <br />Ernest DeVincent for permission to operate a roadside stand at the <br />corner of Pleasant Street and Concord Turnpike, Lexington, and to in0tall <br />a roof on said stand. <br />' George C. Chick for permission to erect a single-family dwellLng <br />and garage on Lots 44, 45, 46 Boulder Road, said lots having a total; <br />frontage of 81.45 feet on Boulder Road, and a combined area of approki- <br />mately 21,260 square feet. <br />The hearings were declared closed at 9:12 p.m. and the following <br />decisions reached in executive session: <br />Warren Russell - Granted <br />Harvey Newgent - Granted <br />Ernest DeVincent - Granted <br />George 0.
