1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />August 18, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on August 18, 1949. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Redman, Ripley, Houdlette and Rich were present. The clerk <br />was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Frederick L. Doyle for permission to display a sign and adver- <br />tise real estate from his home #620 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington.' <br />Clinton P. Weldon for permission to erect a single-family dw*l- <br />ing on lots 39B, 40 and 41 in Block 17, Preston Road, in accordance kith <br />plot plan submitted, said lots having a total frontage on Preston Rdad <br />of 75 feet and a combined area of 7875 square feet. <br />G. E. Talbot, Jr. for permission to erect a single-family dw4l- <br />ing and garage the construction of which would not conform with the <br />requirements of the Lexington Building By-law on lots 47, 48, and 491 <br />Boulder Road, Lexington, said lots having a total frontage of 75 feet <br />on Boulder Road and a combined area of 17,410 square feet, in accord4 <br />ance with plans submitted. <br />Joseph M. Pecoraro for permission to erect a single-family dwlell- <br />ing and garage on lot 30 and a portion of lot 31 Farmcrest Avenue, iia <br />accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />In executive session following the hearings the following degi- <br />sione were reached: <br />Frederick L. Doyle - Denied <br />Clinton P. Weldon - Granted <br />G. E. Talbot, Jr. - Granted <br />Joseph M.
