I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />July 14, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen' s, <br />Room, Town Office Building, on July 14, 1949. Chairman Locke, Messrs. <br />Redman, Ripley, Lynah and Rich were present. <br />At 8:04 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Lawrence W. Sharpe for permission to erect a dwelling and garage <br />on Lot 14, Lot 14A, Lot 15 and a portion of Lot 16 Nichols Road, in <br />accordance with plot plan submitted, said plan showing that the pargel <br />of land hereinbefore described has a frontage of 67.50 feet on Nicholls <br />Road, and a total area of approximately 7200 square feet. <br />Leeland G. McConchie for permission to erect a single-family <br />dwelling and attached garage on Lots 1, 2, and 3, said lots having 4 <br />total frontage of 78.49 feet on Blake Road and a total frontage of 313.93 <br />feet on Nowers Road, and a combined area of 9248 square feet, and to <br />erect a single-family dwelling and attached garage on Lots 24, 25, and 26 <br />Blake Road, these lots having a total frontage of approximately 1.19.18 feet <br />on Blake Road and a combined area of 9670 square feet, in accordancd with <br />' plot plans submitted; and for permission to erect a single-family d4elling <br />and attached garage on Lots 4, 5, and 6 Nowers Road, said lots having a <br />combined frontage of 100 feet on Nowers Road and a combined area of '7224 <br />square feet; and to erect a single-family dwelling and attached garage on <br />Lots 7, 8, and 9 Nowers Road, these lots having a total frontage of '310.46 <br />feet on Nowers Road and a combined area of 7800 square feet, in accordance <br />with plot plans submitted. <br />Lawrence W. Sharpe - granted <br />Leeland G. ,McConchie - Mr. Locke stated to those present that <br />because of the question of the legality of notice and to obviate any <br />question, at the request of th4 petitioner, this meeting would be ad- <br />journed to 3 weeks from tonight at 8:00 p.m., and that notices wou14 be <br />sent to any persons whose names Mr. Jaquith submitted. Mr. Locke stated <br />that the Board would rest after this hearing, so that there would bo no <br />question and that the Board would add any names that Mr. Jaquith wilhed <br />to add to the list and declared that the mbeting stood adjourned at 8:35 <br />p.m. The clerk of the Board was directed to mail the notices the fallow- <br />ing day, July 15th. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:23 P.m. <br />Catherine Parello, Clerk <br />u <br />
