9.3 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />June 16, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on June 16, 1949. Chairman. Locke, <br />Messrs. Redman, Lynah, Rich and Ripley were present. The clerk was. <br />also present. <br />At 8:02 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />Anthony E.Colozzi for permission to practice medicine at 1441 <br />Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington.. <br />Alden W. Weimar for permission to erect a dwelling and garag$ <br />on Lots 75, 76, and 77 Henderson Road, shown.on "Plan of Lots in <br />Lexington, Massachusetts, June 30, 1948 (by) Albert A. Miller and W11 - <br />bur C. Nylander, C.E. and Surveyors, Lexington, Massachusetts," said <br />lots containing together 9,970 square feet and together having a front- <br />age on Henderson Road of 91.41 feet. <br />Susan A. Spencer for permission to establish a funeral home 3t <br />52 Waltham Street, Lexington, to be conducted by Louis H. Spencer. <br />' Edward Berman for permission to install two neon signs, 2 fe$t <br />wide, on the package store located at 12 Massachusetts Ave., Lexing,<on. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 8:55 p.m. <br />During executive session following these decisions were reacljed: <br />Alden Weimar - granted <br />Anthony E.
