I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 26, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen' <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, Massachusetts, on May 26, 1919• <br />Chairman Locke, Messrs. Redman, Rich, Lynah and Ripley were present: <br />The clerk was also present. <br />At 8:15 p.m. the meeting was declared open for the following <br />hearings on petitions presented: <br />Irving Currier, for Countryside, Inc., for permission to erect <br />a two -car lubritorium, 26 x 27, to be attached to the present filli*g <br />station at 100 Lowell Street, Lexington. <br />Frank A. Napoli for permission to make a small addition to t*e <br />present roadside stand situated on Marrett Road for the sale of farj� <br />and poultry products raised on the petitioner's fawn situated on Natrett <br />Road and Middle Street, Lexington. <br />Charles E. Ross for permission to establish a nursery school at <br />6 Wadman Circle, to be operated mornings during the public school terms, <br />to accommodate 20 children. <br />' E. F. DeSonie for permission to build a tool house which would <br />not have the required side yard, at 90 Spring Street, Lexington. <br />Lura M. Teeter for the removal from permission granted by tho <br />Board of Appeals to use the building located at 463 Concord Avenue,; <br />Lexington, ass, two-family house the condition that it could be so 4 ed <br />only during the occupancy of one of the apartments by Charles E. Tetter, <br />Jr., his wife, and the survivors of them. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 9:25 p•m• and in executive Ses- <br />sion the following decisions reached: <br />Irving Currier - granted <br />Frank A. Napoli - granted <br />Charles E. Ross - granted <br />E. F. DeSonie - denied <br />Lura M.
