BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' April 22, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmenls <br />Room, Town Office Building, on April 22, 1949. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Lynah, Ripley, Rich, and Ballard were )i-esent. The clerk <br />was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were opened upon the following petitions:: <br />Anthony Cataldo for permission to continue the use of the <br />existing building at 703 Massachusetts Avenue for the processing, <br />warehousing and selling of fresh fruits and vegetables. <br />Benjamin A. Simeone for permission to erect a portable crus)► <br />ing and hot mix plant to be used temporarily for surplus material$ <br />on land lying between Woburn and Maple Streets and the Lexington <br />Nurseries and the Munroe Estate, in accordance with plans submitt4d. <br />Alden W. Weimar for permission to erect, ori Lots 75, 76, an4 <br />77 in Block 10, Henderson Road, a dwelling and garage, the constric- <br />tion of which would not meet the requirements of the Lexington <br />Building By-law in accordance with plans submitted. <br />The hearings were declared closed at 9:20 p.m. In executiv® <br />session afterwards the following decisions were reached: <br />Anthony Cataldo - granted <br />Benjamin Simeone - denied <br />Alden Weimar - granted <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br />Catherine Parello, Clerk <br />1 <br />• <br />
