F��YLVJW'i DII LA OZ 16.1 <br />I <br />March 25, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectme*'s <br />Room, Town Office Building, on March 25, 1949. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Ballard, Lynah, Ripley, and Rich were present. The clerlt <br />was also present. <br />At 8:07 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Leeland G. McConchie for permission to erect single family+ <br />dwellings and attached garages on Lots C and D, Blake Road, and On <br />Lots E. and F, Nowers Road, in accordance with the plot plans su1- <br />mitted. <br />Warren Russell for permission to operate an antique business <br />in the barn at the rear of the property located at 1505 Massachuf <br />setts Avenue. <br />L. H. Miller for permission to erect a stand, 10 feet x 12 <br />feet, with circular driveway leading to and from the stand, for Oe <br />purpose of selling poultry, eggs and vegetables grown and raise&I <br />on the petitioner's own land at 973 Concord Turnpike, Lexington.? <br />William J. Mowll and W. Lloyd Lebouef for permission to sub- <br />divide a parcel of land located 19 and 19A Oakland Street, which, <br />subdivision would locate the new lot line so that it would run <br />through an existing two -car garage on the premises. <br />The hearings were declared closed at 9:10 p.m. and in <br />executive session following these decisions were reached: <br />William L. Mowll and W. Lloyd LeBoeuf - granted <br />L. H. Miller - granted <br />Warren Russell - granted <br />Leeland G.
