BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />March 4, 1949 <br />A meting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectm*'s <br />Room, Town Office Building, on March 4, 1949, and Chairman Lockel, <br />Messrs. Ballard, Redman, Duffy and Ripley were present. The clelrk <br />was also present. <br />At 8:09 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the followigg <br />petitions: <br />Lawrence P. Dargie for permission to redivide three lots c0► <br />Shade Street, namely Lots 212, 213, and 214, each having a frontjage <br />of 50 feet, into two lots to have a frontage of 75 feet each. <br />Leeland O. McConchie for permission to erect single-fami.lyl <br />dwellings and attached garages on Lots C and D, Blake Road, and On <br />Lots E and F, Nowers Road. (The Board cancelled the hearing <br />because of a technical error 'in advertising the hearing.) <br />The petition of Lawrence P.
