BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />February 17, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen' is <br />Room, Town Office Building, on February 17, 1949. Chairman Locke.. <br />Messrs. Ripley, Ballard and Daffy were present. The clerk was alsb <br />present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Oscar B. Kenrick for permission to erect a greenhouse, approKi.- <br />mately 10 ft x 25 ft. at 114 East Street. <br />Chester C. Duval for permission to operate a sheet metal shop <br />at 4 Bow Street, E. Lexington <br />The hearings were declared closed at 8:45 p.m. and after due <br />consideration the following decisions reached: <br />Oscar B. Kenrick - granted <br />Chester C.
