I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />December 2, 1948 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmenrs <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on December 2, 1948. Cham - <br />man Locke, Messrs. Duffy, Ballard, Lynah and Rich were present. <br />The clerk was also present. <br />Hearings were heard on the following petitions: <br />W. E. Doran for permission to erect and maintain a greenhouse <br />and boiler room at 154 East Street. <br />Abbott Spray & Farm Equipment Company for permission to mai�- <br />tain a retail gasoline and oil station at 916 Waltham Street. <br />Shell Oil Company, Inc. for permission to construct a 2 -bar <br />lubritorium addition of Colonial design to the existing service <br />station at Massachusetts Avenue and Maple Street. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 9:15 p.m. <br />In executive session following the hearings the following <br />decisions were reached: <br />W. E.
